14-Day Return Policy


We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy for all apparel items. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all apparel-specific conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered (no hemming, cutting, or modifications)
  • All original hang tags, labels, and packaging intact and attached
  • No stains, makeup marks, perfume/cologne residue, pet hair, or odors
  • No signs of excessive wear or damage caused by improper use
  • Accompanied by the original order confirmation email or proof of purchase

Note: Reasonable in-home try-on is permitted, but items that show signs of being worn outside will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return


  1. Email us at trnobrand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  3. If approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed return instructions

⚠️ Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own cost.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (wrong size, color, or style), contact us at trnobrand@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will evaluate the problem promptly and arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and resale reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • All intimate apparel (underwear, bralettes, socks, and bodysuits)
  • Swimwear (unless the hygiene seal is intact and unbroken)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale items (final sale, no returns or exchanges)
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Exchanges


The fastest way to get the correct size/color is to return your original item and place a new separate order once your return is approved. This ensures you receive your desired item before it sells out.

If you prefer a direct exchange, please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability and may take 7-14 business days to process.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt for any reason, without justification.

Your item must still meet all standard apparel return conditions: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds


  • We will notify you via email once we receive and inspect your returned item
  • If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account
  • If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at trnobrand@gmail.com
